Whether you're planning a grand occasion or a smaller-scale event, our versatile space and dedicated team are here to accommodate your needs with professionalism and ease.

Signature Event Package - $5,500

Our Signature Event Package provides a complete event experience with the essential venue features, services, and amenities needed to host your celebration. Designed with flexibility in mind, additional services are available upon request so you can customize your event to fit your needs.

    Venue & Guest Experience

    • Capacity for up to 230 guests
    • 37 round tables with seating for 6 per table
    • Additional seating available in secondary space
    • Choice of white or black tablecloths
    • Table runner in the color of your choice
    • Gold or silver plate chargers
    • Access to the second-floor area for VIP seating or entertainment
    • Two parking lots with combined capacity for approximately 70 vehicles

  • Entertainment & Technology

    • Sophisticated ambient lighting and music design
    • Two premium jumbo screens for presentations, videos, slideshows, and other media
    • World-class surround sound system
    • For an additional cost we can provide DJ/MC services

    • Event coordinator available throughout your event
    • Two hours of setup included
    • Event time from 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
    • Additional event hours available at $1,500/hour

  • Get Ready Suit
    Start your celebration in comfort with our private on-site “Get Ready” Suite. Separate from the main event space, this dedicated area gives you and your party a private place to prepare, relax, and enjoy the moments leading up to your event. The suite is included with your package. The suite includes:

    • Full-length mirrors with designated make-up and hair stations
    • Lounge area with sofa and two lounge chairs
    • Snack cart
    • 2-tier clothing rack
    • Private bathroom and private entrance

    Additional Services
    Make your event uniquely yours with additional services available upon request. Choose the enhancements that best fit your celebration, from entertainment and photography to catering and event support.
  • Bartending Service
    Enhance your event experience with our Bartending Package, available for an additional cost. This package includes:
    • Professional cocktail preparation throughout your event
    • Additional bartender staff to ensure prompt and courteous service
    Please note: Alcohol must be provided by the client, as neither the bartenders nor Cowboys Events supply alcoholic beverages.- $375 per Bartender

  • Catering - Based on Guest Count
    Choose from our master list of recommended catering vendors offering a variety of cuisines and menu options. Catering is arranged based on your guest count and event needs.

  • Custom 3 Layer Cake
    Starting at $1,200 we can add a professionally prepared three-layer cake to your celebration,featuring 12-inch, 10-inch, and 8-inch tiers.

  • Robot, Smoke & Cold Spark Effects
    Create a high-impact entertainment experience with our specialty effects package, featuring an event robot, smoke effects, and cold spark effects to enhance key moments of your celebration - $1,200

  • Photography & Videography
    Preserve the highlights of your event with professional photography and videography coverage for up to four hours. - $1500

  • Security
    Professional security personnel help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for you and your guests. Security is required for nighttime events. - $375 per Officer

    Additional staff members are available to serve your guests throughout the event and help maintain an organized and welcoming beverage service. - $350 per staff member

    Keep your event energized and running smoothly with professional DJ and MC services. Our team will provide music, announcements, and entertainment throughout your celebration. - $1,100
