At Cowboys Events, we offer more than just full-scale celebrations—we also provide flexible hourly rentals perfect for corporate events, luncheons, intimate family gatherings, and more. Whether you're planning a grand occasion or a smaller-scale event, our versatile space and dedicated team are here to accommodate your needs with professionalism and ease.
Basic Party Package
Our Basic Package is designed to provide an elegant and well-equipped space for your special event. This package includes:- Capacity for up to 230 guests, 37 round tables with 6 chairs per table.
- 2 hours included for decoration and event set up. Event run time from 5PM to 11PM.
- Access to an event coordinator for the duration of your event.
- Two parking lots with a combined capacity of 70 cars.
Basic Party Package
- White or black tablecloths with a table runner in the color of your choice.
- Gold or silver plate chargers.
- Two jumbo screens capable of media display.
- In-house ambiance lighting and music, managed by a staff member (no MC included).
Basic Party Package
- One staff member acting as bartender to serve refreshments (sodas & waters, NO alcoholic beverages)
- One staff member maintaining cleanliness (bathrooms, dance floor, tables) during the event
- Access to the 2nd floor area for VIP seating or entertainment center
Catering services are not included. However, we provide a master list of recommended caterers specializing in a variety of cuisines. Please note that our kitchen facilities are designed only to accommodate outside food; no cooking is permitted on-site.
Premium Party Package
Our Premium Package offers a more enhanced and all-inclusive experience, featuring:- Capacity for up to 230 guests, 37 round tables with 6 chairs per table.

- Two bussers and two servers.
- Staff members for continuous cleaning during and after the event.
- Cake provided through our partnered bakery (includes delivery to event venue).
Premium Party Package
- Indoor and outdoor event space decorations (such as snack carts, flower walls, LED decorations, "cheers" cup wall, and more!).
- On-site security for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Catering services are not included, but a curated list of recommended caterers is available. Our kitchen supports outside food but does not allow on-site cooking.
Friday & Sunday Rental Package
At Cowboys Events, we understand that not every event requires a full-day rental. For clients seeking a shorter, high-quality venue experience, we proudly offer our Friday & Sunday Rental Package — providing flexibility and exceptional service at an affordable rate.- $2,900 starting price.
- Maximum Rental Time: 5 hours.
- Parking: Two parking lots with a combined capacity of 70 vehicles are available for guest convenience.
This package is ideal for small gatherings, corporate meetings, presentations, mini-receptions, or special ceremonies.Friday & Sunday Rental Package
- Event Space Setup: Our staff will set up the event space according to a pre-approved floor plan discussed with your event coordinator. Setup options include: Tables and chairs, Chairs only
- Early Venue Access: Clients and vendors are permitted early access 2 hours before the event to complete additional preparations before the event start time.
Friday & Sunday Rental Package
- Catering Setup: Catering can be arranged either on the main venue floor or behind the bar area. (Please note: actual food preparation or cooking is not permitted on-site.)
- Event Clean-Up: An acting staff member will manage event space cleanliness throughout the rental period to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
- Visual and Audio Features: Two jumbo screens capable of projecting any visual content, Ambiance lighting available if desired,Portable stage and microphones available for use.
Additional Services
Get Ready Suite For an additional cost, we offer a private "Get Ready" suite located on-site but separated from the main event space. The suite includes:- Full-length mirrors with designated make-up and hair stations
- Lounge area with sofa and two lounge chairs
- Snack cart
- 2-tier clothing rack
- Private bathroom and private entrance
Additional Services
Bartending Service (Basic & Hourly Packages Only) Enhance your event experience with our Bartending Package, available for an additional cost. This package includes:- Professional cocktail preparation throughout your event
- Additional bartender staff to ensure prompt and courteous service
